ND, Decoma has quite a few plants all over North America. There are six facilities in Canada, primarily around Toronto (Guelph, Newmarket(2 or 3), Concorde, Windsor). Three sites in the States (Ohio, St. Louis, and ??). There is a joint venture in Mexico (Ayareb). Has two equity investments, Trimco with 17 plants mostly in Southern Ontario (automotive trim) and Bestop with 3 or 4 plants in the states (convertible tops and assemblies). There is also a fascia plant in Belgium. Magna has a web site http:\\www.mangaint.com that has some, but very little information on Decoma and the other divisions.
