Well from my understanding ... This Peter is a guy with a marketing deal and Arcon agreed to fund this guy. Now suddenly he is saying he does not have an agreement. Amazing buying is swarming in after that release. Interesting. In fact it will save Arcon money if the deal is not going through. Apparently this guy did not make it know to his partners. WHo know I am researching as we speak.
