Wayne, First of all, I want to thank you for staying in close contact with Jack and passing on your conversation. I do have a question, maybe for a future call or for Jack to read off SI. Can we expect an 8K to be filed with the details of the merger and acquisition at the same time as "the press release"? WOTD will have to disclose the details of their acquisition candidates, time frames, and plans, for stockholders to feel confident of this share exchange. To me, getting a Nasdaq Listing "as soon as possible" means a few months. During these few months, investor confidence needs to be rising...
