I saw that Socket lost 7/32 to close at 29/32 tonight (it is rather late in Sweden). Any ideas why the stock lost abt 20 percent. I believed that yesterdays announcement regarding the conversion of convertible debt into equity would be a positive thing. But perhaps the result was too much dilution. I am interested in Socket mainly from a Cetronic perspective. Their part of the conversion amounted to 1,1 MUSD. Any idea what other overseas party who could have been the holder of the remaining 650.000 USD?
