A couple reasons at a guess: It's not seen as one of the internet stocks, by which I mean it's not a mass market stock like yahoo or amazon.com. It had a 1 - 2 week runup from ~$13 to ~$22, and is resting. I told myself when it hit $17, I'd be happy if it held above $15, so I'm not upset at $19. It has a long history of making a move, then holding for a month or two or five before another move up. I'm hoping for another jump up to $24, I'm just a bit worried for the longer term future because the big boys are starting to make noise. Every week it seems there is an article about Lotus, Microsoft, etc. adding features that overlap LiveLink's.
