The company this week reported quarterly sales and eps of 9.8M and 0.06 cents, both at record levels for Spectrum. It appears that Spectrum is headed in the right direction.
The prospectus for the secondary has been completed and can be obtained via the company's web site.
No news of new contracts has been released.
The share price continues to fall on a daily basis.
