Hi PO! Here's the list of requirements for NASDAQ listing... nasdaq.com I agree with you. I think the price needs to run up to the 8-10› range. Then I could see a 120 to 1 which would result in about 1 million shares out in the public float (which is one of the requirements for NASDAQ). The price would be high enough to qualify even with some fall back. The site shows all the requirements. Hope this helps. Best wishes, Brad
