The time to buy good stocks is when everyone else wants to sell.

The stocks I bought one and two years ago when their price was in the toilet, crashing off artificially inflated highs, even though their business plan was solid, are now the darlings of the latest Internet Mania. Now a source of funds.

Wait until the Satellite Communications and Space Flight Mania hits around 2001. That's why I'm buying wireless and space stocks now.
