Thanks for the reminder that there have been outstanding acquisitions in the past. Like the rest of the market, I have been in a what-have-you-done-for-me-lately mode. The press release and shareholder protection seems an obvious attempt by IR to draw attention to the low price of ECGOF. Somewhat lame, in my opinion. The $5 million to DBCO might have made a nice buyback and better gotten the attention of analysts and investors. But enough crying over spilled milk. You make a good case that ECGOF would be a profitable buyout candidate. nero
