It looks like they sold over 2.5 million shares of common stock for .30 share. I would assume that this stock could be sold now for market at .50+ that appears to be a 60 - 70% profit??? Assuming they sold it now... Would you sell under these conditions? It looks like they needed more than the Sterling payments... Also they can buy more for the next 3 years at a maximum of .065. This does not appear to me to be very good for our stock. JMO Please correct me if I'm wrong. Gary
