Holly--A roadrunner is not a pick-up truck. Better?
I told Alex and Pete that they could NOT turn the formal living room into a garage, and that a VW van could not double as an intimate conversation pit. And when I slid through the pool of 30W in the front hall, I knew why Gaugie had remembered that story about the cooking oil on the rug.
I don't know why they get like this when warm weather comes.
