Well not necessarily. The shares appear to be restricted. In other words, the shares described appear to be locked up from selling for at least one year from the date of the transaction (that is the way I interpret the addendum to the Sterling deal). It also does not appear to increase the number of shares outstanding either. As far as BCMD is concerned, it appears to be an event that will haveno impact for at least a year. If BCMD really ramps up production in that time period, then it should not be a problem. Now though, we know the reason for the decrease in price today as it appears many traders saw this early and may have been spooked. The company is still producing gold and is going into the summer when its production should be really increased and the 2d and third Qs here should really be impressive.
