With the recent merger talk, do you know whether ORBI has a shareholders rights plan or poison pill that would kick in. The talk of LOR or DISH being involved isn't all that appealing to me. I can see why those companies would like it, but does ORBI need it? I think not, unless there is something I'm missing.

Also, how has ORBI done in the past regarding meeting or exceeding earnings forecasts?
