I don't understand it either. Do institutions know something bad is happening that we don't? I could guess that (1) either the two market makers of ORFR are "permitting" the price to fall to buy more and lower their average cost (in anticipation of good news later), or (2) a major holder is gradually unloading a large block because of Asia.

There hasn't been any SEC filings indicating the latter (so far), but then again the unloading of a position less than 5% can still have a significant effect on the stock price, given the small float. It helps to take a pragmatic, long term view here.

DASA just released excellent earnings. Given Orbit's recent strategic agreement with them, I can't fathom why it's stock continues down.
