Well I got home and there was the new DELL catalogue. And guess what, On the cover is a 266 for $1,999 Thought I would check GTW because they are running an add selling 300s for 1999. You know what... GateWay beats Dells catalogue price for order code #590308 That is a P II 266 w/ 32 MB SD 6.4 17" 4MB nVidia 32X max cdrom 10/100 PCI Nic. DELL Price 1,999 GTWs Price $1,853 I am not going to split hairs, but that is about $150 or about 7.5% cheeper. I guess sell is not the king of price after all. No wait, This just in, I checked the price onthe web site and the DELL price has droped $54 That brings gateways advantage down to a mear 5% or $92. Lets face it, for a $100 wouldn't you rather have a DELL Jim
