<<best deal for shareholders>> is all relative. IZP might have held out striking a deal for APanol, if there was one in the first place, due to IZP's or Dr. Salari's stuborness. My point is that we have no idea why IZP hasn't hooked up with a large pharma yet to help it get it's drug(s) to market. The deal might have been sound but IZP might have wanted to much to begin with. I'd have to say that there had to be some serious mismanagement in the first place at IZP to have put forward an unworkable time-table to get to clinic. Add to the fact that the company has been horrible in keeping its investors informed about where the company stands- especially with the TB test kit.

I will say that the stock looks attractive at this level for those willing to be patient( 3-5 years worth of patience and possibly longer). Getting a major pharma to partner with IZP on the testing of APanol would give great credibilty to this company and give its stock price a major shot in the arm.
