<< Early on you gave no explanation other than it was the tape telling you that the stock was going down. >>

Yes, I didn't feel like wasting my time trying to explain to knuckleheads that they were going to lose 50-75% of their money on this stock. Obviously people like yourself didn't listen so now you know why it was a waste of time for me to try to explain my reasons back then.

<< What I am suggesting is that the manipulation comes through widely distributed publications >>

Be more specific. Are you implying that I participated in some conspiracy with a publication regarding Osicom?

<< Now shorting a company based on convertible shares with the knowledge of such a publications hitting the news is not a fair play >>

Who did that? No one that I am aware of.

<< You can speculate on how the author could play a role in this or what he may gain >>

You can speculate how authors of financial publications can profit from leaking non-public information just the way I can speculate on insiders of the company profiting from leaking non-publioc information. Obviously senior management of publicly traded companies and magazine reporters have priviliged information at times and could theoretically profit illegaly from it. That's nothing new. Care to clarify why this is important?

<< I find it interesting that MarketMover, who hasn't posted here since I brought this idea up, and is running a large hedge fund short FIBR has had conversations with Bill Alpert the author of the Barrons article about possible future articles. >>

I know nothing of this, you'll have to take that up with him.

<< If Bill were to call me a few days before another negative artcile hits the front pages I'd go short FIBR too. >>

Now your getting more specific. Are you implying that he tipped someone off to his story or that he might do that in the future? You surely can't be accusing me of conspiring with him could you?

<< But if the company percieved it were under attack in a way which I described above, it may just try to put out every fire it could, including people on the internet yelling SCAM. >>

Do you think that it is a coincidence that this company is supposedly under attack? Do you think that people just randomly targeted poor little innocent Osicom who was just trying to build an honest business? Osicom has done absolutely nothing wrong and several negative articles by reputable publications were written plus millions of shares were shorted as all part of some grand scheme? You can't really believe that. Osicom management can't even honestly believe that.

<< Your views have now been given national exposure through a magazine. Your a cut above us Craig, none of us bulls have been given that same chance. So as it turns out I don't have the ability to counter you on an equal basis. >>

I had no knowledge that SmartMoney was going to mention anything about FIBR in the article. Furthermore, it appears that Osicom got a chance to respond by having quotes in the article as well.
