Actually, I told the guy that I was being cold-called and I don't usually take anything that comes at me over the phone. Didn't faze him. This one was gonna try anything up to and including insulting me into listening. He can go... have a good day with himself. Now, those who make their money cold-calling for anything, be it Salvation Army or offshore "real estate", will strenuously argue in favor of this form of free speech. I would like, however, to have a way to bar my virtual doors to any uninvited solicitations, regardless of merit. I do my best to boycott anything direct-marketed.
