We have already heard from Ira that FAMH is the play not ATXI. We had this idea weeks ago. We also know that 4:1 was an estimate it is not set in stone. I brought up this PR when it came out earlier today, a few dozen posts ago. It seems it is just a different news wire with exactly the same information.
