Theres a nice glossary at: ctsecurities.com

They define it like this:

Blue Sky

A slang term for laws various Canadian provinces and American states have enacted to protect the public against
securities frauds. The term "blue skyed" indicates that a new issue has been cleared by a securities commission
and may be sold to the public.

You probably have no problem, few people ever actually exercise warrants - you just sell them like any stock when you're done.
