In response to my query re: SAP ADRs and NYSE listing, Mr J Prout of TRA (SAPs US PR/IR rep) informs me that: "1. The amount of ADRs in issuance varies every day depending on demand, creation,and cancellation trends between the London, Frankfurt and US markets. 2. No issue of new stock is planned. The ratio of ADRs will change from 3 ADRs:1 preference share to 12 ADRs : 1 preference share." Ibnbatutaa
