I think this is pretty much the news we have been waiting for...I think most of the people in the stock probably monitor this board or have a friend that does. So the news probably isn't unexpected... I think I heard they may have some stock promoters lined up to pitch it to some brokerages, etc. So we may see some action over the next couple months...I have to believe the deal will add more value to the share price than is currently represented...I believe this stock was at or near $1 slightly over a year ago and I don't think they were part of any business with as big a potential as Internet gaming... As far as going public, last month they claimed by the end of 2nd qtr...I would fathom to guess a couple months longer...probably within the next 6 months or so.... regards, mike
