I don't know why this release is dated 4/13 but showed up on the Luxor website on 4/9??? Looks like there is more than just a passing interest in this company and its future! Read on: April 13, 1998 Progress Report Luxor Industrial Corporation wishes to announce that it has recently been contacted by separate investors from Europe and the United States expressing interest in participating in an equity investment with the Company through private placements. At a Director's Meeting held on April 8, 1998, management decided to advise the interested parties that the Company is not presently contemplating a private placement. The Company is experiencing sales growth, currently has sufficient working capital and will continue to strengthen it's sales efforts during the upcoming construction period. Luxor intends to seek funding, on best available terms, during the peak period of the 1998 construction season in order to expand distribution and manufacturing facilities.
