There are a LOT of things about this that don't make sense. Please bear with me while I sort them in my own mind.

#1) This guy puts out a news release saying that his company denies relationship to Arcon, even tho Arcon never said they were related in the first place.

#2) The guy says his attorney wrote the release, and that he was acting on his attorney's advice, yet he is in his office at 9:25 PM Dallas time returning phone calls to investors of a company which he claims he has no relation. Further, I find it hard to swallow that an attorney would write a release about a company that did not include the term "inc." I couldn't find it once. Any attorney would be neglecting his duties to his client to not explain the risks of such to his client.

#3) The guy says there was no agreement, then he says he didnt expect this agreement, which didn't exist, to be mentioned in a news release at this early date.

#4) The guy asked YOU Earl, a stranger, to tell Midland no hard feelings and that it just wouldn't work out? What's up with that? Why would he not just tell them that himself? Does he think no one there will return his call? While you are at it Earl, would you call my boss and tell him I need a raise? Ive had minimum wage employees to be more decent about parting company than that!

#5) Whose investors does he feel obligated to? Obviously something that could prove to be a conflict.
I have personally discussed this with both sides this afternoon, and I am as comfortable with MIDL as I was the day I bought it.

If anyone can help me understand the above, please do.
Hmmmmmmmmmmmmm is right
Just My Opinion,
Binder
