Strike price is $6.25 when the stock is $10.00 so the warrants could be as high as $6.25 when the commons hit $10.00, which would give you a $3.75 gain on the commons when exercised at $10.00. So we need to get near the $6.25 as the commons get near the $10.00 and relatively speaking Wrts. should be near $5.05 by my calculations at a price of $6.96875 $10-6.96875=3.03125 and 3.03125/3.75= 0.8083333 x $6.25= $5.05 In other words Fair value Imho is $5+ Right Now and the street will realize this on Monday. Byron PS no flames, I'm just trying to guesstimate where it should be in my own mind. I could easily be wrong but, the thoughts are nice.
