Your last sentance says it all.

Most people trading this stock are doing just that, TRADING.
Most people don't care where ZITL will be in 5 years.
Most people don't care about the technicals of a Y2K solution.
(Sorry Warren)
Most people will day trade the wild fluctuations, making quick $$$.
(Even Warren has riden it up w/both long and short positions)

Volume is down because daily spread is down (or vice versa) which provides less opportunity for the day trader to make the quick $$$.
If you're "looking out 5 years", ZITL isn't the place to look.

I don't know Jack about COBOL, but I can still make $$$ on ZITL.

Good luck to all
