Denise, great thread idea, hope it works out! Would you consider looking at King Communications (KCI.V)? Company Profile _______________ Company makes and sells products in the multi billion dollar radio and satellite communications industry. Some niche products include mobile radio units that transmit (dispatch) voice and text to other members in group. Also intrinsically safe radio units for use in sensitive mining environments. In addition to its own proprietary products, it has distribution rights to other mfgrs products (Mott., Nokia, and Westinghouse). Recent credit line approval suggesting some bank approval. Potential _________ The company originated in Au, but has recently expanded into North America. They were at one time the fourth largest two way radio comm. company in Au, and are taking that success to other geographies. I would think this could lead to growth prospects. They are currently engaged in a bid for large US Dept of Interior RFP for which there were few competitors. Award is due out any day. Management __________ Can't say much here other than co received the Telstra New South Whales Small Business of the year in '96, which probably (indirectly) supports a management approval rating. You may not know of this program since it is for Australian businesses (which I think they were exclusively at the time). Stock _____ My last records indicate 15 mil outstanding, 18.5 fully diluted, current price is around .45.
