Total World Telecommunications, Inc., Settles Lawsuit With Morgan Stanley & Co.
BOCA RATON, Fla., Oct. 29 /PRNewswire/ -- TOTAL WLD TELEC , announced today that the lawsuits filed in the, U.S.
District Court in Miami between International Standards Group, Limited (TWT's
former name) and Morgan Stanley & Co. and two of its former employees have
been settled to the mutual satisfaction of the parties. Pursuant to the
parties' agreement, the terms of the settlement are confidential.
Total World Telecommunications, Inc. provides telecommunications
through its wholly owned subsidiary Total World Telecom, which is a Tier 2
switch-based inter-exchange carrier that utilizes state-of-the-art digital and
fiber optic facilities, including six Seimens Stromberg-Carlson DCO tandem
switches located in New York, Chicago, Los Angeles, Atlanta, Dallas and
Houston with future switch sites projected in Miami, Kansas City, Washington
D.C. and Seattle. The Company, through its wholly owned subsidiary, Financial
Standards Group, Inc. provides financial services and asset management to
credit unions.
