I forgot about Coke mugs. I'd like to see more of those computer-animated polar bear commercials.

Does anyone remember the drink that Coca-cola came out with around 1994 called O.K. (that's KO spelled backwards...whoa, too weird). It was a citrus-flavored carbonated beverage that they tried to market to the Gen-X.

It was packaged in cans using angst-ridden graphic artwork from about 6 different illustrators. An attempt to market to a group supposedly too pessimistic to be affected by marketing. The billboard featured an image from the can with the rather generic looking O.K. logo and nothing else. You couldn't tell what type of product it was unless you were "so cool" that you already knew about the product.

Clever mind games, I guess. Me, I'll take the more utopian polar bears.
