Off topic, perhaps, but it might interest many of us that posters on the Internet Closed End Fund Investor web site are named in a law suit brought by the Emerging Germany Fund (FRG) accusing them of soliciting proxies on the Discussion Forum there. Of course the proxies would have been voted against a management group which stand to lose their annual fees.
