I listened to the replay until the sound quality became so bad I had to hang up. I'm sure our friends at Broad Capital had things under very tight reigns.

A number of issues stood out, here goes;

1) They need to get to 16 million to break even, 4 million a quarter. They think they will get there by the third or fourth quarter. 16 million for a publicly traded company with 100+ employees should be no problem, but it appears that it is a problem. They mentioned a goal of between 16 and 20 million for 1999. If breaking even seems to be a challenge then what about a decent long term growth rate?

2) Their technology is outdated. It sounds like they are behind the curve and have no current salable products. This comment by Andrew was huge.

A company that was supposed to have a lock on technology leadership and simply begin the assembly process for products is suddenly at ground zero with no revenues, no products, and many of the deals that were struck have suddenly been swept under the table and are non existent.

They think they may have a product for a natural gas pipeline but they still have to make it work to the customers specifications. That was the most optimistic statement made...so where are the sales going to come from?

Maybe someone can tell me why I am still lurking around with this one. Yes Virginia, I am an idiot.
