Addi, Today I took some time to attend a stockholders' meeting of a company of which I own some shares. I had two questions to ask: 1) How many shareholders of record does the company have, and 2) what are the credentials of the board of directors. XECOM shareholders might swoon to learn that I got direct, complete, detailed answers. I was told that this company (which shall remain nameless on this thread) had as of 12/31/97, 672 shareholders, that the its transfer agent is Continental Stock Transfer Co., that the company's 10-K contains a detailed description of each board members' business and educational portfolios. So I ask Dal, How many shareholders of record does XECOM have, who's XECOM transfer agent, and what are the business credentials of its 3 board members??? Is there anyone else on this thread who is interested in questions like these??? TJS
