<< rather a new fad (some likely organized) that feeds off of scare tactics targetted at small cap stocks with little or no institutional coverage combined with a mysterious history >>

Ok, if this is what I do, then show me other small caps that I have "manipulated" with scare tactics.

<< You stated that 20/20 featured a story about mafia manipulating of stock prices and mentioned FIBR as one of the stocks, when in fact Osicom was never mentioned on 20/20 >>

Yes, I got 20/20 and Business Week mixed up. It was Business Week that highlighted FIBR as a mafia stock. You quickly corrected me and it was an honest mistake, hardly a lie.

<< As far as I know Craig, you are the only person Osicom is going after. >>

Just how would you know those sorts of things David? Do you talk to senior management about legal matters like this? Osicom's lawyers? Who is your source for info like this?

<< As far as your conspiracy theory on shutting shorts up..ie Barb, etc, I recall her saying that she covered her short position around 4 and indicated she was ready to move on. >>

Ok, fine. If she tells me that's why she doesn't post here then I guess that will settle it. It just seems strange that Barb would stop posting here whether or not she was long, short, or out of FIBR. She still posts on the Solv-Ex thread and that story was concluded a long time ago.
