BlueIce (whomever you may be) re. comment I have owned this stock for a year and a half. Bought some as high as $.86. I believed what I was told regarding the autonet and how soon it should be ready.I have continued to try and believe the information and the people who I have talked to in that time period as both they and the information have changed several times. During this time I have continued to hold and patiently wait as I am aware some things don't just work out on schedule, and I genuinely like the concept that was presented with the auto-net. I believed that the potential market for the product was there and that they had the ability to take it to market. This has not happened yet and the beta test was supposed to have been completed a long time ago. The last few months I have been encouraged to buy more over and over and specificly asked if I would be buying.Had I had the cash at this point I probably would have bought a lot more than what I have been able to at these prices. Now to have the company announce they are just going to take away half of my shares like it or not does not set well. I'll take my lumps with the next person but when the guy at the top treats me like a fool, reaches into my pocket and takes away half of my equity while writing new options and deals for themselves. Sorry I don't like this deal and if this is considered treating sharesholders farely and honestly then something is wrong! <It looks like MKD is going to issue more shares in a few different <stages. They've disclosed everything for the next couple of years so <there shouldn't be any surprises. I don't really accept that everthing has been disclosed anymore that the potential of a share role back was. Over the past year and a half plus, potential of Auto-net was disclosed but a lot of the problems were not in news releases. Believe me I have felt the company actually had potential or I would have been gone long ago. I sincerely want to see the company succeed for many reasons not the least of which would be my greed and need for a return on my investment. I hope the cash flow potential is as real as the sales pitch and that it happens soon.
