Thanks so much for clarifying the issue of the strike price. p.p.s. For those worried about conversion, the only reason for doing a conversion is if one really wants to hold IFLY shares for the long haul. Otherwise, one just sells the warrants same as one sells a stock. p.p.p.s. After reading some of the posts on IFLYW price vs. IFLY price, I am now of the opinion that 2 + 2 = 5 (sort of).
