Shoot, that's plenty of time for the stock to appreciate well above $10/share before the warrants actually have to be exercised or sold.

p.s. Thanks so much for clarifying the issue of the strike price.

p.p.s. For those worried about conversion, the only reason for doing a conversion is if one really wants to hold IFLY shares for the long haul. Otherwise, one just sells the warrants same as one sells a stock.

p.p.p.s. After reading some of the posts on IFLYW price vs. IFLY price, I am now of the opinion that 2 + 2 = 5 (sort of).
