Thanks for the reasoned response.

>>The CD is much more than the superficial generalization you have made describing it.<<

I was responding to the direct question: >> how much do you feel Tava will eventually earn from CD sales alone?<<

As preamble to my view on the likely marketplace for the CD on a volume sale basis, I described it as follows:
>>The CD package is attractive because it is a neat 'packaged' step by step solution. It is a tailored, Project Management package, with a simple, structured methodology to gather the information about what is on the plant floor in what configuration. The compliance database is used at the back end.<<

It is a summary, and I think an accurate one... isn't it? You didn't say what else you thought it did. Then, unfortunately I got off the immediate topic and stated what it does not do - ie diagnose and fix the problem. I could have used more friendly language, but I get the very strong impression from the discussions here over the past few weeks that many are not really clear about this. For those that do know, sorry to consume your bandwidth. For those that don't know, I'm sure you are always willing to learn something new about your investment.

Regarding the alliances, I haven't paid enough attention to that area. I think that is probably a bigger source of potential revenues that I was giving it credit for. I think the business plan demands a volume sale of the CD so they need all the channel they can get. I would disagree with you about ignoring the smaller companies - this would be a strongly targeted market if I were Marketing VP.

Regarding the quality of debate, yes sorry everyone I did drop the standards. But having been called everything from parasitic to ridiculous (and that's just by Cheryl) and faced some first class question dodging ad hominem attacks, yes, I weakened. But no more.

Patrick.
