If I had some cash I would put it on the Mustang that's been a little slow to leave the ranch. That's to say SEEK.

Seek does seem to trail the pack in it's price movements. Something I have seen being in and out of the Red Light District for the past year or so.

Being Hubs.....or traffic centers...I view them as CyberCities.

Hence CyberState, those multimillion dollar deals for a prime location in one of those CyberCities?

You want your physical business to be located on a well traveled street.....not in the boonies.....the location, location, location physical principle applied to the virtural world.

The Commerce Zones....then benefit by selling location...or a button.

The e-tailers or e-services which will be most successful..IMO..must have one basic element....and that is a location within one of those CyberCities. That costs a lot of money, but the traffic it brings to the e-business is well worth it, Amazon.Com.

Really look at those deals for space......they involve Millions of Dollars and a Time Period in Years....When the time comes to renew those contacts do you think it will cost more, or less to reserve the same space?

The Guys that own the CyberState Rule......they proved it yesterday IMHO.
