The "news" is confusing to me and looks contrived to appear as a news release. There is no news source, time , disclaimer, etc. It is full of typos. Is this suppose to be an acquisition or merger? Both terms are used. How does a private co. go public buying all of the publicly traded shares of a public co.? If D&H is becoming a public co. will the co. then offer new shares to the public? SCTI must respond to these rumors today or Monday. I sure hope it is true though. Walt Jacobs
