I would like to share my thoughts on the wand from at dentist
who does not own he stock. I also am skeptical of the high
tech lasers and sandblasters out on the market. The wand is relatively
cheap at under 1000 and the tubing would run about 1 dollar
a patient. The wand is also endorsed by the great Dr
Stanley Malamed . He is a respected teacher out of USC. I
should note that he also sung praises for the 3M eletronic
anesthesia unit which is now of the market. Now I have had this
unit about 6 weeks and have had patients love it and hate it.
Kids like the nonthreating look of a ball point pen instead
of the needle metal. True the Wand has set up time and
is slower. But if the patient a dental coward needs it so
be it. Table talk at dental meeting is if I can try it
for 60 Days then I might order 2. So the might be up to
ears in returns. Also If they resell these used units they
will be on thin ice. The whole management thing is a
other issue. When CFO resign it is not good news the dam
is ussually leaking. Also the I should note the wand
does have a learning curve associated with it. It takings
some time to get used to the new feel and the air foot control
