I have put Tom in touch with some financing people who are interested and very capable of helping HDST with an infusion of capital. We should know in a few weeks on that...... HDST is also in a good position to get out of their situation by helping a private company go public through their public company. This would add value, assets, capital and bring about a much need change, this possibility is also being worked on..... I have every confidence that Tom will work something out, he's not a quitter, he's a doer... In any case, it seems a bargain at these prices.. Richard
