Insider Selling & Replacing Revenues

I have been following the thread for the past few weeks and doing my DD on THQI. I like THQI's financials and I'm thinking of buying soon, but a few things bother me. First of all, the large number of insiders selling or who have registered to sell. Should I be alarmed? Why or why not?

Second, how do you replace WCW revenues when the license is gone? Is THQI planning on releasing more WCW games in the next year? What makes you so sure Rugrats will be such a big hit? Quest 64 will probably do well being the first RPG on N64 IMO though. I would like to see them hyping it some more. What other games do you think have big time hit potential? Any?
