Moreover, as a shell, there are no operating costs of substance plaguing the company at present. There will be costs of completing the merger but remember that WOTD is also getting a BB listing in the process. I don't see the compelling need for a reverse split at these levels and the bad karma that would appear, if done at these levels, could be devastating. Most reverses occur at price above a dime and usually in the 3/8 to 3/4 level. TG
