Yes that was the bottom on my TA chart. This looks almost exactly
like a replay of the beginning of Feb now. I calculate the fair price
of AAPL at $35 if the analysts forecasts are correct so we could well
go to that if the earnings are as expected or a bit higher.

I hope you model will work out accurately and the price will reach
$35 as it indicates. I am interested in how they derive 17m shares.
Apple's CFO probaly will provide explanation regarding how those
shares were stemmed from. The incentive package like stock options
for executives should be based on their performance. It seems to me
that Apple's executives own very few shares so far (see table from
proxy) and suddently they get a significant portion of the company.
The lower percentage of owning the company's shares indicates the
executives are not confident on the company as Eric has mentioned
the comparison between AOL and APPL where AOL has large percentage
of shares owned by executives, while AAPL has almost nil percentage.
That's weired and unhealthy. The main reason for those executives
who own few percentage is due to the fact that all of them came from
NeXT except CFO Anderson last year and still very young in the
company. Well, Dr. Gil provided them an opportunity to replace all
his staff. Like Alomex's description previously, Dr. Gil didn't cut
enough to make it profitable in time, which causes him to oust.
Well, we, as shareholders, will justify how well Q2 is to have BOD
provided all generous conditions to Jobs as well as all executives.
It makes me more curious about the Q2 outlook.

Phil
