Rather than "cheerleading" I'd like to see some hard facts about tyhe status of this company. Apparantly they've dumped their IR person, so getting any kind of current hard info on the net seems impossible. If anyone is aware of hard news, e.g. whether the court has in fact ruled ( and not just an opinion is expected any time), or whether the new facility has been closed by the town for anything other than a few hour "wrist slap" or whether the tip fees for the new facility are meeting the company's expectations, etc., I'd sure like to hear about it.
