Yes, I agree your point. I remember in the disclaimer of the Dog they state they never receive any payment from companies they recommend. If a paid stock promoter promotes the facts about a company (BTW, any blue chip companies promote their stocks, they buy big TV time or give institutional analysts insider information), is it pump and dump? Well, if you believe any "bell curve" indicates "pump and dump". I would disagree. Investing stock is about ratio of risk and award. For example, most people feel SCTI is cheap (less risk) under $0.30, they will buy. If they feel it is expensive (high risk) over $0.30, they sell. If I am wrong, please correct. James
