Well Fred nice to have you aboard. Welcome to the Medinah thread. The question should be who are you?. Unless you have some DD to offer... haul your ass buddy. This thread should be the interchange of information. Some of it will at times raise eyebrows, but in the end it should help INVESTORS make logical and hopefully successful investment decisions. I haven't met anyone on this thread that wasn't interested in making money. Most people don't invest to create tax loss carry forwards. Medinah like NPEC, much like , many BB stocks are a GAMBLE. So is IBM, so is Sears, so is buying a lotto ticket. It is fun to play arm chair quarterback and tell management how to run a company, how to do this, and how to do that. Thank God they don't listen to us, if we knew what the f*ck we were talking about, we wouldn't be some poor bastard typing on a computer about how to run a million dollar company. Geez, get the point. THE BET IS on MDIN either they have gold, they will produce it, and they will change their name, and they will become a reporting company. Remember its a BET. Quit whining about your losses, about being scamed. If you would have had people like KMT around maybe you wouldn't have had your butt handed to you. It is very hard to find people like Kevin, anywhere in the world. I have never met him personally, but have had the pleasure to speak with him on the phone, read his emails, and read his very useful post on this thread. My conversations with him have been very useful, and I find him to be very intelligent, very resourceful, and a hell of a nice guy. Its extremely hard to gain my respect, but Kevin has done just that!. His post have been very positive of late and so have mine. We are excited about the opportunity that has presented itself. Our bet is that they will succeed. Plain and simple. If you want to place a bet step up to the bar and do so. If you would like to bet against us simply short the stock or walk away into the sunset. Its so plain and simple. Stop whining Fred. And that goes for everyone. There are questions that need to be answered, and there will be times when we question what the hell is going on. We always have the right to call our broker and sell. Its simple. If you get tired of whats going on then move on. Its a bet folks. There is recourse if you feel that you have been scamed. The courts are a way to recoup, as well as hanging them from their testicles from atop a Southern Oak tree. One has to decide for themself which justice they prefer. I have at times become very critical of management and their methods. I have questioned their integrity, and their motives. Yet the decision is still mine. In the near future, many and I mean many news agencies will pick up on the Medinah story, and they WILL compare it to the Bre-X story. Many investors will shy away from sending money into it. Many investors will laugh and ridicule those that have invested in MDIN. But, as again the ultimate challenge is for management to remain focused on acquiring the Chilean countryside, and producing gold. Plain and simple. Either step up to the bar or haul ass. Either do your own DD, or continue to be a "wish I could have succeeded at something in my life" kinda guy. The bet is yours. Either play or don't. If you do decide to play you will come to appreciate Kevin's post. You will appreciate his resourcefulness. You will appreciate his intelligence. You will RESPECT him. Ultimately you will thank him. I look forward to the day that I thank him personally. When I hand him a cigar and we pop a top, and laugh at the fun that we had, and the money we made.
