Hello George, here are the answers to most of your questions. In short, no KLOC does not pay or compensate the Hollywood Stock Review in any manner for their endorsement. The disclaimer you refer to is to advise readers that some of the companies covered in the report may have paid fees to an affiliated company of HSR Publishing for investor relation services. As such, we feel it is appropriate to disclose this fact. The contract we provide to brokerage firms who desire to distibute any of our reports, better clarifies the situation. Beyond the standard disclosure, it states: Please be aware that while HSR & Co. may have received compensation from issuer(s) of securities which are covered or mentioned in its' various publications, HSR & Co. and or its affiliates do not receive compensation from any companies for coverage and/or mention in its research reports. Any sales and/or earnings forecasts included therein are independently prepared by HSR & Co. and unless otherwise stated are not endorsed by the management of the companies covered or mentioned. HSR & Co. is under no obligation to continue coverage, favorable or otherwise, and HSR & Co. is additionally free to issue unfavorable coverage if it deems appropriate, even though HSR & Co. and/or its affiliates may be simuntaneously receiving compensation from such companies for other consulting services. In plain English 1) HSR does not accept money for research. 2) An affiliated company may be receiving compensation while HSR is writting a report. 3) Do not assume that since this affiliate is receiving compensation that a HSR & Co. publication won't issue a sell.
