Open Letter to FSS
The following is a copy of a letter I sent to Future SuperStock but first an excerpt they provided on EOSC in todays issue of FSS.

"In January of this year, The Future Superstock brought you Electro-Optical Systems as our January Stock Pick. Electro-Optical was profiled at $5.28 per share. In February, Electro-Optical hit $7.00 per share. We expect news on Electro-Optical soon with the current status of the company."

And now my letter:

I think you do a great disservice, bordering on deceit in the way you describe how your picks have performed. You mentioned how your stock pick of the year has gone up to $7.00 but fail to mention that the SEC has halted trading on the stock, and as a result, the stock price dropped to $0.50, and is now trading by computer systems only and not yet back on the NASDAQ BB system (Current trading range $1.50 to $1.625).

To tout your glory of how the stock performed for maybe one week some months ago, while forgetting to mention the true prices at the time of publication of your newsletter is nothing short of deception and bad practice. It is only a matter of time before the Fed's decide to come down on you for stock price manipulation using the Internet.

Hello?! Anyone from the FED's listening out there. Time to close those bad boys down and take them out for a good old fashioned hangin'. Better yet, make them buy their own recommendations and then let the rest of us dump on them.
