It's obvious from the earnings estimates since the warning that the Street has a very bearish view of NovAtel.

I think the majority stockholders screwed the other stockholders royally! I don't believe for one minute that they sold their holdings for the betterment of NovAtel. If they did, why didn't they get stock from Canadian Marconi instead of cash? I suspect they had inside knowledge of a weak quarter coming up, and cashed out.

I am really ticked!
