They did not say if they were running at 100% of capacity.
They did say that in Q1 they were able to sell all product which disproves the rumor that they were storing and hiding product that was reported sold. One less leg for the lawyer's class action suit to stand on.

We need to find out the following:
1)Production capacity in new plant currently and order numbers from England since right now this is the only country accepting new plant product.
2)Production capacity in old plant (it should be less than before since equipment was transfered to new plant).
3)Whole sale demand order in the US.
